It is our policy that all requests for repairs be in writing, unless in cases of emergency repairs, which should be advised as soon as possible.
In order for a repair to be attended to, please complete the repair advice and fax, post, email or deliver to our office. Either a representative of our office, the landlord or our trades person will be in contact with you.
In the event the following items require attention, please inform us of the appropriate details in your maintenance request form.
