Experienced Sales Agent

Harcourts Scenic is currently seeking a commission based professional and qualified Sales Consultant who has an appetite for success and the ability to stand out in a competitive market to service the Scenic Rim and surrounding areas.

We provide state of the art support along with excellent management support, training and services that allow any real estate professional to showcase their skills and achieve their goals.


The role will encompass work across:  Tamborine, 4270, Logan Village, 4207,  Yarrabilba, 4207 , Canungra, 4275, Tamborine Mountain,  4272, and surrounding areas.


Successful Candidates will have

  • A current Queensland Real Estate or Real Estate Salesperson Licence,
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence,
  • Their own vehicle available for work use,
  • Immaculate and professional presentation,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • A proven track record in a sales environment,
  • A commitment to excellent customer service,
  • Team orientated work ethics,
  • Ability to work under pressure, and
  • Sound knowledge of the Logan City and Scenic Rim areas but not essential.

Senior Property Manager

We are currently looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Property Manager. The Property Manager will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your key account tenants and owners.

About the role

  • Performing routine inspections creating detailed reports
  • Actioning maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Conducting open for inspections and processing tenant applications
  • Organising lease renegotiations and insurance claims
  • Connection with the Property Owners
  • Team player
  • Other duties are required

Skills and experience

  • Previous property management and BDM experience is required
  • Previous experience using PropertyMe and Microsoft Programs is an advantage
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A team-player with strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Well presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in real estate and a current certificate will be highly regarded
  • Valid Queensland driver's license and own vehicle
